Main Objectives

·          Overall understanding of the natural resources

·         Basic understanding of the ecosystem and its diversity

·         Acquaintance on various environmental challenges induced due to unplanned anthropogenic activities

·         An understanding of the environmental impact of developmental activities

·         Awareness on the social issues, environmental legislation and global treaties.

Lesson Objectives:

1	Factual	Through this detailed Unit-1 ‘Multidisciplinary nature of Environmental studies’ students will develop an overall understand about Multidisciplinary nature of Environment.
2	Conceptual	To understand the key concepts of Global warming, Climate change, acid rains, ozone layer depletion and Ecosystems.
3	Procedural	Students should be able learn about ecosystems and Global environmental challenges.
4	Applied	Apply the knowledge to protect ecosystem.
